When i've started in this I have always been told to ask permission before summoning entities, because its painful to be ripped out of a plane while you are doing something by some random magickian/psion.

I mean, many people consider something like this as an attack, and entities have been known to attack their summoners.

What does everyone else think?

I would be angry, too, if someone grabbed me out of my bed and told me to do something for them. An invitation, however, would be nice, and is much preferred
